These terms govern the services provided by No Stress Services Ltd(“we”, “us”, “our”) trading as No Stress Services, operating across London & surrounding areas. By requesting a booking you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We provide cleaning and property-maintenance services as described on our website. Exact scope, timing and price are confirmed for each booking before work begins.
2. Bookings & confirmation
A booking made online is a request and is not confirmed until we accept it. We aim to confirm within two hours during our working hours (Mon–Sat, 8am–6pm). We may decline or propose an alternative slot where we are unable to attend.
3. Pricing & payment
Cleaning is charged at an hourly rate with a two-hour minimum visit. Some maintenance jobs carry a fixed “from” starting price; others are quoted on request. Final pricing is confirmed before or on the day of the work. Payment terms are advised at confirmation.
4. Cancellations & rescheduling
Please give us as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations at short notice, or where our team cannot gain access on arrival, may incur a charge. Specific notice periods are set out at confirmation.
5. Access to your property
You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the booked time, including any keys, codes or parking arrangements. Please tell us about pets, alarms or hazards in advance.
6. Our team & insurance
Work is carried out by trained, uniformed teams. We hold appropriate insurance. Where specialist trades (e.g. electrical or plumbing) are required, work is performed by suitably qualified people.
7. Liability
We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues you have not made us aware of. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Data protection & security
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Your information is accessible only to you and the authorised team handling your booking — never to other customers or the public — and is protected by a layered, defence-in-depth security approach. We deliberately don’t publish the specifics of those controls, so as not to weaken them.
10. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
