Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 June 2026
This policy explains how No Stress Services Ltd, trading as No Stress Services(“we”), collects and uses your personal data when you book or enquire about our services. We are the data controller.
1. What we collect
When you make a booking or enquiry, we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number;
- The property address where the service is to take place;
- Your chosen service, date and time;
- Any notes or access details you provide.
2. How we use it
We use your data to confirm and carry out your booking, contact you about it, provide quotes, and keep records of work performed.
3. Legal basis
We process your data to take steps at your request and to perform our contract with you, on the basis of our legitimate interests in running the business, and — where you tick the consent box — on the basis of your consent.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only as needed to deliver the service: with the members of our team attending your job, and with trusted service providers who host our systems (for example our website hosting, database and sign-in providers). We do not sell your data, and no other customer and no member of the public can access your information.
5. How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations, after which we securely delete them.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise these, contact us at hello@nostress.services.
7. Cookies & analytics
We use minimal, privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use intrusive advertising trackers.
8. Security
We take a defence-in-depth approach — your data is protected by multiple, layered safeguards rather than any single control. Access requires a verified account sign-in, and each customer can only ever see their own bookings: no other customer, and no member of the public, can reach your information. Data is never exposed publicly, and only the authorised team members handling your job can see what they need to deliver it.
As a matter of policy we don’t publish the specifics of our security controls — disclosing them would only help would-be attackers and weaken the very protection they provide. If you have a legitimate need to understand our safeguards (for example a business or insurance requirement), contact us at hello@nostress.services.
9. Complaints
If you have concerns about how we handle your data, contact us first at hello@nostress.services. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
