Can I watch the cameras from my phone?
Yes. We set up the app on your phone before we leave and show you how to view live and recorded footage.
Can you work with the system I already have?
Usually. We check what's there first and quote to repair, extend or replace it, whichever makes more sense.
Do I need permission to put up CCTV at home?
Covering your own property is generally fine, but cameras that capture neighbours or the street bring data protection duties. We'll help you position cameras to keep that to a minimum.
What about CCTV for a shop, office or rental property?
Businesses and landlords using CCTV must follow UK GDPR: clear signs, a reason for recording, and a set retention period. You may also need to pay the ICO data protection fee. We'll set the system up to make that straightforward.
